Parking Instructions & Other Good Stuff…

Hello Everyone! We’ve been getting a lot of emails asking us where to park etc.. Delray Beach is having their annual Tree Lighting Ceremony Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings so Downtown Delray will be PACKED! Fortunately for us (and you), the festivities do not start for them until 5pm so you shouldn’t have any issues with finding close parking.  There are SEVERAL free parking options within a block of the ceremony and reception and we’ve put together a map to help you get familiar with where they are ahead of time.

The 2 best lots to use are located directly 1 block WEST of Old School Square and the ceremony site.  We outlined these lots in blue. BE AWARE of all signs because, for example, the lot directly north of these (behind DaDa) are private and they DO tow.  There is also a TON of free parking along NW 1st Avenue which is where the free lots are as well.  The BEST and easiest way to get to these lots is to turn left on NW 1st Avenue, which is immediately after the Delray Tennis Center and just before the Dukin Donuts and Swinton Avenue.

There is also a “pay-to-park” parking garage approximately 1 block East of Swinton.  To get there, continue East PAST Swinton and make a left(North) on NE 2nd Avenue.  The parking garage will be on your left.  If you park here, simply walk through Old School Square past the amphitheater to the ceremony site.

CEREMONY SITE:  The ceremony will take place where the red heart is on the map. We will be set-up right next to the antique carousel that will be set-up.

We are working on a valet as we type this… If we do secure one, they will be located at the 1/2 circle driveway at Old School Square’s “Crest Theater” which is the building directly across the street from DaDa.

See you all soon!
